At Outsunny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture or equipment and place all components, including hardware and manuals, back into the original shipping boxes.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
